Restaurants, hotel, gym pegged for $200M Georgetown project

Construction is starting next week on a 42-acre retail center in Georgetown that will expand the number of food and retail options for residents in the fast-growing Austin suburb.

Wolf Crossing by Central Southwest Texas Development LLC, otherwise known as CSW, is expected to cost about $200 million total, including construction costs covered by tenants, the developer and from a company purchasing land to build a hotel there, according to CSW.

The roughly 250,000-square-foot center will be at the southeast corner of the busy intersection of State Highway 29 and I-35, north of St. David’s Georgetown Hospital and just south of an H-E-B.

It’s also kitty-corner to another huge project, a proposed 164-acre retail and residential community called Wolf Lakes Village under development by a separate company, Wolf Lakes LP.
