Grayson Heights is the name of a new redevelopment project being planned by a pair of local developers in Government Hill along East Grayson Street.
T&J Venture’s J.J. Feik and Tim Sanford will be redeveloping a 60,000-sqaure-foot office building at 1422 E. Grayson St. as Class A space. Renovations, designed by RVK Architects, are expected to cost $5 million. Built in 1983, the building is across from Fort Sam Houston and was last appraised for $4.7 million by the Bexar County Appraisal District.
Stream Realty Partners will be the leasing partner and a redevelopment consultant for Grayson Heights. Ryan Harrison and Hanna Rochelle of Stream are leasing the property.
